voluntary work in leh area

Does any one have any details of voluntary work around, but preferably not in leh itself ? i am intersested in teaching primary age children english, science and nature etc. i could also help with installation of 12 volt electrical systems and
sustainable agriculture. thank you .

i am doing that, actually for the upocming three months

In LIKIR: there is the school of the monastery; i can get its contact info if youd like it though i dont have it on me now.

in STOK: there is the Siddhartha school-- supported by the dalai lama (this is where i will be) www.siddharthaschool.org

email the school- they have a base in the U.S.- in maine
they are qucik to respond to emails (at least in the U.S.-- am still waiting for a response to my three emails to the schools website :/)
