Planet WHY needs ideas

Project WHY (We Help Youth) is a South Delhi NGO that works with children and the community in Giri Nagar. They are looking to open a guesthouse/residential facility for at-risk women and children (and for travelers who want a little more than a bed for the night). This means they need to raise a good deal of money and get as much input from travlers as possible. So if you have any ideas as to the recipe for the perfect charity guesthouse (or have stayed in any such accomodations) please post them here.
