Can I suggest you contact Paul Van Gelder at SISP, Kovalam, Kerala (www.sisp.be). SISP recently set up their own tailoring workshop and your creative input may be just what they need. I don't think they charge for volunteers and your skills may mean they can boost the workshop's income which will in turn increase employment and provide a bit of money to support the valuable welfare work they do in that area.
