Hi everyone!
I entered a thread before the summer to ask you folks about volunteering in India.
Now I am writing to you AFTER the 4 most amazing weeks of my life, spent living with and helping out at an orphanage in Bangalore.
I wanted to share the name of the organization I traveled/volunteered with for anyone who is interested in such an INCREDIBLE experience.

The cost look really steep [1] [2]
1 month / 4.3 weeks : 360 US Dollars = 15,750 Rupees!!
2 months / 9 weeks : 720 US Dollars
Internship Fee: US $100 per month + the program participation fee
so it comes to 20,000 rs ?
Was just thinking about my time at secmol where food + accommodation came to 9,000 Rs

They do state that such fees are their source of income.
