What's Varanasi Like in August

Contemplating a few days (or more....) in Varanasi in August after the mountains....will have our baby with us who will be nearly a year old... We live in Dubai so I know how hot summers can be - but whats Varanasi like around Mid-August?

it would be hotish - a little moist probably between 26 and 33 degrees - so apart from the humidity you'll handle the heat no worries - it hit 40 + there when we went in 2006 that was April/May but was better in September/October last year.

rain also not huge but it's toward the middle of the monsoon I think. It rained when we were there the first time it was May.

It will be hot & humid.....

Monsoon always brings little inconveniences....But nothing that can't be managed !
