How is the weather expected to be in July end
It is total solar eclipse.
Are local expecting to have a good view then?

I was in Varanasi from Feb - July of '06. As edwardseco said, it all depends . . . real rain had started by July. Mostly cloud buildups in the late afternoon, rain/thunder/lightning mostly in the evenings. But then, I also filmed a spectacular full moonrise over the Ganges. Low, broken wispy clouds, moon was there sometimes, was not there sometimes. And as Paresh said, hot and humid.

very hot! I am in Varanasi now, beginning of April, and this week has been 38-41 degrees celsius all week. Most travellers are heading north to Kashmir, Darjeeling, Dharamshala. I'm revelling in the warmth. But yes, by july it will be very hot!
