Hi strinath
I think you need to give a bit more information.....
Also it may be best if you ask specific questions as I for one, don't know what you want to know!

Need some guidance on varanasi to kathmandu travel and stay. Will 2 days be comfortable for Pashupatinath Temple visit.
Were there any more places that can be covered in these timelines.
Please help me in this regard.

To be honest - I think this itinerary is virtually impossible unless you want to be sitting on a bus/train and not actually seeing anything. For instance, you want to travel from Varanasi to Kathmandu and back again, all within two days? You may be able to if you fly, but overland is a no-no timewise and even if you fly, you'll have no time to see anything.IMHO you are trying to fit far too much into your trip. Why don't you just concentrate on Varanasi and leave Nepal for another trip or if you really need to see Nepal, then fly from Hyderabad to Kathmandu and make that a five day trip - there's enough to do in and around Kathmandu itself for a four/five day holiday. To do it your way, I don't think will work and you won't enjoy it.
Hope that helps - sorry to be a spoilsport but I don't want to say "yes that looks good" if it's not realistic and you'll end up having no fun.

I'm with scotty, toooooooo much . . . unless moving is all you want to do
I think your time would be nicely filled with Varanasi/Gaya . . .

Varanasi to Nepal
Nameste, Pashapati is a pretty cool place for sure but would be quite a feat to pull off from Varanasi to KTM in 5 days. Not worth the effort in my opinion, especially once you leave the mighty Ganga for the super filthy little stream that flows thru Pashipati. The small area has very nice ancient ghats but you can get the same on a much larger scale and grandeur in India. Last time I was in Nepal the locals were charging 75 rupees to go onto the site, it was free for decades I've been going there. Small amount of money for sure but it irks me to get charged now while locals just walk in like I used to. Nepal is worth a visit all by itself. Stay in India and enjoy the magic of Varanasi rather than spend most of your 5 days traveling and most likely being stuck on a crowded smelly bus. Happy trails I agree with above posters that it is too short to travel and see things in Kathmandu within couple of days.
There is an entrance fee of US $ & (Nepalese Rs 500) for non-Indians. Of course the site is World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO and the money goes for the preservation of the site.
If you don't have much time and still want to visit, these are your options :
1 )Fly Buddha Air : Lakhnow - Kathmandu
2 )Visit Lumbini and fly to Kathmandu from Bhairahawa airport. However you have to arrange a journey to Sunauli or Lumbini from Varanasi.
