Varanasi-new hotel/guesthouse just north of manikarnika ghat

My husband and I were in Varanasi this past January and we noticed a new hotel/guesthouse being renovated north of manikarnika ghat. Since it was very cold when we were there and our guesthouse, though lovely (Guesthouse Kedareswar), had no heat, we thought we'd upgrade, if we could, when we return in December. Does anybody know the name of this new place? They were unveiling the sign in early January but still had quite a bit of work to do. I just wish I had written down the name. Thanks!

not sure of the new place you mention, but last year I stayed at Scindhia Guest House (maybe one & the same) just past the burning ghat. It was okay, I'd use it again

Thanks--I think Scindia was already open when we were there, so this is a different one. Maybe once it opens, someone will know!
