Place to stay near Railway Station

Hi everyone!
This is my first post here. I am arriving at Varanasi on 21st for my SSB interview starting on 22. I need to report to railway station on 22nd at 6:30 am. I will only need to rest and take a bath. So I need a place (Hotel, Dharmshala anything) near Railway Station which is cheap but clean and also near to station.

Kindly forgive me if there is some mistake in my way of providing the information.

Dear Vishal, Why not use the Train Retiring Rooms or Dormitory itself. Else you have many small lodges just outside the station.

well, I will be there on 21st at 9:30 am. So there is so much time to do some sightseeing. Please mention the best you know out of all the possible places.

Sarnath is good, A boat ride from Assi to Dashasvmedh, evening Ganga Aarti, BHU campus.....

I meant for lodges. I dont want to think about where to stay when I reach there.

And thanks, I will definitely go to Sarnath and for boatride.
