Is anyone aware of a Volvo / aircon bus service between Delhi and Mussorie / Dhanaulti? If it is overnight then even better.

yes overnight ac bus available..........but not to Dhanaulti

Other option is to take an AC bus to Mussourie and Dhanaulti is further 29kms from there. Check through link below:

There are many overnight Volvo & AC buses between Delhi-Dehradun. They operate from Anand Vihar ISBT. Since big buses do not operate on hill routes, you'll have to change at Dehradun. The Volvo buses are operated by Royal Cruiser (a private company) in collaboration with Uttarakhand Tansport Corp (UTC). Tickets can be booked online too.
