Looking at the current scenario of the flood, is it possible to tour char dham at the end of October or november first week ?? what do you guys think ? I have already booked my tour , now wht should i do ? CANCEL...OR....WAIT ??

It's hard to say like that so ahead of time, especally these days when the situation in the hill changes within a matter of one or two days! Wait and watch how the weather plays.
But, last week of October might see some trouble due to snowfall, though landslides related to rainfall is likely to cease!

roads will be made usable but not like earlier. They start this after the end of winters. Remember char dhams will be closed by or on diwali. In yamnotri and gangotri areas where the roads are badly damaged, it will take a lot of time to repair them.
