Is there a Tungnath in HP too?

Presuming you want to go to Uttarakhand -
Are you asking for transport options from Haridwar/Rishikesh only, or all the way from Udaipur?
The more details you provide, the better.

That should be 25th morning.

You should head immediately to ISBT Kashmere Gate. Either take an auto all the way, or take an auto a few km to JLN Stadium (on Lodi Road) and then the metro.
Then take the first available bus to Haridwar. There is an A/c Janrath to Rishikesh at 9 am and also 10 am (you can go upto Haridwar). There are also ordinary buses. It'll take 5 hours to get to Haridwar.

Early next morning you can get a bus to Rudraprayag from near the railway station (confirm timing locally). At Rudraprayag you have to take another bus or share-jeep to Ukhimath. From there another share-jeep or bus to Chopta. Here you will have to start climbing for Tungnath. You may well be tired by this time, so you could stay the night at Chopta. There are small GHs there.

There is basic accom at Tungnath managed by the temple committee.

snotty - your turn re Haridwar accom.

If you stay the night at Chopta and go to Tungnath in the morning, you can continue to Chandrashila.

The path is well-trodden, no hiking experience required. No guide required either. Make sure you have enough water though.

Sorry missed that..

Haridwar - many options for stay near the Har ki pauri. Once you reach the bus stand, any cycle rickshaw fellow will take you to where ever you say or will recommend a dharamshala or hotel himself. Usual charge is 10 rs for the cycle rick, per person. They get another 20 Rs from the hotel/ dharamshala.
We had stayed at the Marwadi Hotel, were charged around 700 for a triple occupancy. Basic hotel, not bad.

BUT -
My recommendation would be to make it to Rishikesh for the Ganga aarti. It has a much much better atmosphere, is clean and you really feel charged up during the aarti. I am talking about the one at Triveni Ghat.
You can get good accommodation in the near by. There is one near the Sindhi Dharamshala in the lane going to Triveni Ghat (GPO, Rishikesh in the same lane). AC room was about 400 - 600. (Hotel's name was probably Gangour Rishikesh).
