Temperature of Chakori and Munsiyari.

Hi,
I am planning to go Chakori and Munsiyari for 10days on last week of June this year from New Delhi. I want to know about the climate and can it possible to reach there by car from Delhi? I also want to know about the hotels over there.

If you are still interested in the trip... the climate would be good... I went last month and it was pretty OK in the day, nights might be cold, but then it's the hills we are talking about.

and yes you can go to Munsiyari in a car....

Climate at that time will be pleasant. You should include Binsar also in your trip. That will be the coolest place in the night, near about 9 - 10 degree. Day time will be warm and in some places it will be hot. You can easily hire cab from delhi for the trip. But best suggestion will be, reach kathgodam by ranikhet express and from there you can hire a taxi. This will be cheaper and comfortable. Also some of the travel agencies over there are really good.
For hotels the best option is KMVN. You can book rooms over internet. Go there site (www.kmvn.org) and look for accommodation. Their hotels are the best from every aspects.

Can anyone please let me know what is the best time to visit chakori and binsar where one can get a perfect view of the mountain ranges?

Also, since we shall be travelling by bus, Iam wondering if someone can help us in knowing how can we reach Chakori from delhi by bus or train?

If we take the train till kathgodam then how do we proceed further?

Best time I think will be after the monsoons, so that there is no cloud interference... So Sep/Oct will be good...
