Please note that the road to Badrinath and Mana is NOT open during the off-season.
Presuming it's not closed by snow, you need permission from SDM Joshimath to go past Hanumanchatti.

I think, you can go to Tapovan. But Dilliwala can give you better info.

Yes, Tapovan is easily accessible. Reni village ia bit further, the sangam of the Dhauliganga and the Rishiganga.
Pandukeshwar is a short drive, the winter seat of the Badrinath deity. On the way you pass Vishnuprayag, the sangam of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. At least you can cover the Panchprayag.

This time the snow-fall has been rather disappointing so far, in Auli....but still Auli remains an enchanting hill-station reminiscent of the Swiss Alps resorts in many ways..........we really had a nice time........during the Christmas '08.....and the temperature was well below 0.......

Guys, there is no snow in Auli this year. If you are planning to go to Auli for sking, do not bother. I was there in early Feb and one had to trek 4kms for a small patch of snow.

Can someone tell me chepest guest house or hotel in Auli or should I stay in Joshimath becuse later I want to go with my friend to Badrinath.How much minimum cost of double room with bath?

Staying in Auli in summer is pointless. Stick with Joshimath. You should be able to get decent accomodation for around 700Rs. There are many hotels around the taxi stand. Check out the room before you decide to check in.
