Room Rent in Ghangaria

I am going to visit vof-hemkund in august.

I want to know the cost of basic accommodation. Not looking for anything delux.

Please, can anyone help?

AFAIK, there are some basic rooms of the Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam at Ghangaria. These would cost you some Rs. 1000 per night plus taxes. Dormitory accommodation of the GMVN is also available in Ghangaria.

There is also a private hotel named Hotel Devlok in Ghangaria, where room rates would be somewhat higher.

So, at least, i have to spend 1000 per night. Nothing cheaper than that?

Dormitory @ 250 bucks a night.

Basic room @ 1000 bucks a night plus taxes @ 10% (or is it 15%?)
