reg travel from nainital to shimla

hi,

I would like to know if there is any volvo bus service/train service available from Nainital to Shimla. if so, can I make any online bookings. please let me know

Also can you tell me roughly the distance between nainital and shimla . And it is good to travel from Nainital to shimla by bus or is it better if I come back to delhi from nainital and catch kalka express to shimla

please let me know.

No need to come back to Delhi. You can come to Haridwar from Kathgodam by train. Then you take a HSRTC bus from Haridwar to Shimla..

I think the train from Kathgodam to Haridwar reaches Haridwar at around 2 AM.

Is HRTC having volvo buses from Haridwar to Shimla?

Haridwar to Shimla via ponta would be around 300 Kms. Train from Haridwar is till Ambala and I think all are afternoon trains.

Most of the Haridwar - Shimla buses go by Saharanpur - Chandigarh Route.
