Question about going to kedarnath, badrinath etc

My footprint guide says that I will need to show a certificate displaying immunization against typhoid and cholera ath the bus station in rishikesh before getting on a bus to these places, anyone have any experience of this?

I am going to gaurikund from haridwar on 15.6.2010.is a vaccine required for typhoid,malaria / cholara? If required please advise so that i can undergo the same.

I heard that woolens,stick,shoes, etc are providing at gaurikund on rental basis? Is it correct? If not i will carry my own belongings from visakhapatnam. Kindly advise the present position
