Mountain Villa Kausani vs. Sun N Snow Inn

I am planning to go to Kausani & Binsar in mid November. We are a group of six with 1 infant aged 1+ years. I would like to stay in a hotel with best views and away from the market place...I looked up the net and have shortlisted the following options. Can anyone please advice what will be the best place to stay in Kausani.I have shortlisted the following options:
1. Mountain Villa (Chevron)
2. Sun N Snow Inn
3. Suman Royal Resort
4. Krishna Mount View

In Binsar I have heard that KMVN is the best option but since there is no power I don't want to take a risk with the baby travelling with us. I have selected the following options. Please advice which one will be the better option.
1. Grand Oak Manor
2. Khali Estate

Krishna Mount View has large spacious rooms and pretty decent food with variety. On the other hand, they have too many rooms which means the place can become a bit of a fish market if filled with guests.

Sun N Snow is small and rather tastefully done up - gives a good feel but the rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Food is good and breakfast and dinner is included in the tariff. It's the last hotel on that particular stretch of road (which has Krishna also) and you can quickly disappear for a long walk into the woods as soon as you emerge from the hotel.

Don't know about Chevron's Mountain Villa but I am familiar with their Eco Lodge. That has a huge garden with excellent views - excellent for a sit out. One has to make sure that the room is in the front as they have carried this ethnic thing a bit too far because of which the rooms which are not in the front have a bit of a grim, dark look about them.

Eco Lodge has the best ambience, Krishna is comparatively more professionally managed of the lot and Sun N Snow has a quiet charm with a slight feeling of crampedness being it's only downside...all said and done, and keeping in mind that it is the cheaper of the three and, therefore, good VFM, I'd go for Sun N Snow.

I have not stayed in Suman but if I remember it correctly, I did not like it's location.

Can't help you on the Binsar ones....Club Mahindra (urghhh) thereabouts is the only one I am familiar with..

Khali estate would be a better choice. Nice location and friendly staff and yes yummy food as well Bit expensive though, I guess it was 4000 per night when I was there.
