Only one UTC bus (2013) from Dehradun to Mondal via Rishikesh in the morning. Another one Delhi to Gopeswar bus reach Haridwar very early morning. There should be bus from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Gopeswar in the morning. Mondal is 13 km from Gopeswar by shared jeep.
From Kalpeswar you need to walk 3/4 km for a shared jeep to Helong / Joshimath. Bus from Helong to Haridwar available in the morning.
Main problem is, you have very limited time to visit these places. Add few more days and visit these places comfortably

The itinerary is good and more scenic than Sagar route. But as compared to Sagar route it is more difficult.

Anusuya to Rudranath is 22 km of which 16 km is uphill without any staying option. Sometimes one Babaji staying at Hansa bugyal (10/12 km). There may be snow after naola pass at May end. So it is not advisable to cross the pass(12800 ft) at odd time if anyone is slow /new trekker.

Rudranath to Dumak via panar, toli is another long day. One short route goes directly to Dumak bypassing Naola pass,Panar. The Face of Rudranath without mask should not be missed.

Bansinarayan is 9 km (uphill) from Kalgot village and Devagram is another10/12 km(downhill) .

You may consider it in opposite direction, from Kalpeswar to Rudranath to Mondal.

Your schedule is best provided your are carrying sleeping bag and ready to spend a night at Hansa bugiyal if required.

24th May Anusuya to Hansa Bugyal
From Anusuya you may not start early as it is 10/12 km uphill trek in deep forest.Early morning walk in deep forest is not advisable. Always walk together with guide.
I am not sure about shelter at Hansa Bugyal. Call Bhagat singh (Mondal) 01372254413,0757925883 when Rudranath temple is open.
25 Hansa Bugiyal to Rudranath
Must see the Face of Rudranath. It's very beautiful. Normally covered in mask. Mask is open in the morning before puja.
26 Rudranath to Dumak
12/14 km in very deep forest via short route.Ask at Dhaba at Rudranath about the log bridge on the river.Water not available in this route.Otherwise go via Panar ,Toli.
27 Dumak to Bansinarayan
15 km via Kalgot. No one is there so you need sleeping bag ,own food arrangement and guide. From Kalgot there are 3 routes. Left one goes to Bansinarayan, Middle to Devagram, right one to Pipolkothi.
28 Bansinarayan to Kalpeswar to helong to Karnapryag
Visit Dhyn Badri at Devagram
29 Karnapryag to Haridwar. Train at 23-55 pm.

At Mondal you will find some local who can do the job. Few of them can be termed as guide. Rate should be rs 600- 800 plus food.

Other option without sleeping bag:
A)
22 May Rishikesh to Helong to Devagram
23 Kalpeswar to Dumak
24 Dumak to Rudranath via Short route
25 Rudranath to Anusuya
26 Anusuya to Mondal
27 Mondal to Haridwar
28 buffer day
29 Train at 23-55 pm

B)
22 May Rishikesh to Sagar
23 Sagar to Panar
24 Panar to Rudranath
25 Rudrnath to Anusuya
26 Anusuya to Mondal
27 Mondal to Devagram by bus and share jeep
28 Devagram to Haridwar
29 Train at night

Unless you are young and super fit and given your limited days .. go with the shorter plan B .. because there’s no night halt at Hansa Bugyal (hasn’t been for some years) and again Rudranath to Dumak in one day would be a second long hard day .. and the short/direct route would be unsure about the bridge.

So easy with plan B .. start at Gopeshwar/Sagar.
