Hotel Lakeside INN Nainital

Can anyone give me any feedback about the hotel Lakeside INN Nainital .How are the rooms and what about the location near to the lake or not?

The hotel is above the Mall and you have to climb up from the mall. The rooms are bit small. No idea about service.
