Honeymoon in Kumayun

Hi All,
I need a little help about planning and information.
I am planning for a honeymoon tour - starting from 29-01-2010 to 08-02-2010.
I have been to these places before but a long time back, almost 9 years. The places I want to visit is:
i.Kausani
ii.Munsiyari
iii.Mukteshwar
iv.Pithoragarh
v.Bageshwar
vi.Chaukori
vii.Binsar
viii.Patal Bhubaneshwar
ix. Ranikhet (via)

Please suggest any more good places that you feel is good. Also please mention the cost per day including car cost.I can extend the trip to 10 days also.
I knew some good drivers in those regions - Swamiji, Ram, Dimple. If you happens to know any of them can you please provide the contact numbers?

Would be January end would we off-season? I am planning to book the KMVN hotels only. By the way I stay in Kolkata, so if any of you know their contact details in Kolkata and how to book them (via internet or directly from their office), please let me know.

January is off-season I would recommend that you dont book hotels in advance as you will get good bargains as walk-in customers. So is the case with the car, just alight at kathgodam station and bargain a bit.

As for the other queriees, pls do a search on "Honeymoon Kumaon" and you will get atleast 3-4 similar threads which will give you most information.

One last suggestions is to drop a few places as in a Honeymoon you dont want to be running around so much.

Yes ! I'll also say, keep it simple. You may think of dropping Pithoragarh, Munsiyari, Chaukori & Bageshwar...

An Alto car in Nune'09 charged Rs. 1200 per day.

Thank you guys, but sadly my tour plan has changed a bit,I think I am going to Himachal Pradesh,so all my info's till date on Kumayun wasted
