Getting to Lohajung from Kanpur/Lucknow/Delhi
You can get tents from KMVN Bageshwar ( if you are going there).When I was there in 2010, a shop in Lohajung itself was renting equipment, I am sure of sleeping bags not sure of tents. You can give some one a ring in Lohajung to get complete picture.

BTW some extra info, route via Didina is definitely better so thats correct decision. Descend from Bedni to Wan is quick affair and on same day you can travel ahead too depending on how exhaustion level.We descended from Baghubasa to Wan and then moved to Lohajung with plenty of time to enjoy talking to fellow trekkers at Lohajung.
