Hi All
Just returned from Deoriyatal and Tungnath .. The trek to Tungnath was amazing ,all in snow..I have been to Tungnath and Chandrashila previously(Oct 2008) at that time there was no snow.
Completed the trek with a local person(Mr Negi)..I used normal sports shoes in the whole trek...will upload pics soon

Good, the trek is really amazing when covered with snow.

The snow must have been be soft otherwise you would be complaining about rear pain
