Can I visit Valley of Flowers on mid-April?

Can I visit Valley of Flowers on mid-April?

I have holidays only on 9-17 April and I want to visit valley of flowers unless no flower over there. can anyone tell me if I can go? is the park open on those days?

Unfortunately, you can't in April! July-August is the best time to visit.The route opens in May and even if you go there in May, there won't be any flowers in the valley.
