Ayurveda in Rishikesh

I did a search in IM but could not find what I was looking for.
Hence seeking your help...

I'm looking for a genuine ashram in Uttrakand , preferably Rishikesh as after that I want to visit hemkund.
My aim is not a luxurious place but a place where I can get authentic ayurveda treatment. I'm interested in panchkarma treatment.
Help/suggestions are solicited.

Hi, i would try sivanda ashram. There are plenty of places that advertise the treatments you are looking for in Rishikesh i dont have the contact details though.You could ask around when you get there or ring the above ashram.

Thank you captain... But on its website it does not mention anything about ayurveda...its only yoga..
Anyways will call and find it out.. !!

Why not try Patanjali Yogapeeth. They offer excellent quality ayurveda care at very reasonable prices.

But they are not at Rishikesh, they are at Bahadarabad near Haridwar.
