Which is better - Gangotri Tapovan or Roopkund

Hi,

We are a team of 14 people planning to trek towards the end of September. We have about 6 days for the trek (apart from travel to Haridwar). We were initially thinking of trekking from Gangotru -> Bhojbasa -> Gaumukh -> Tapovan -> Nandavan -> Vasuki Tal and back.
Now, we also saw the possibility of trekking to Roopkund.
Which of these is better and more fun?
Which is more difficult? Which has more scenic beauty and more snow?

Please help me decide.

Thanks,
Nisha
