weather/temperature jan-march
how cold is it in northern utteranchal between january 25 and mid march? is it as cold as kullu would have been in mid november during this time?
what clothes would be recommended? thanks |

January should be more cold then Nov, and so should be Feb, but I guess it will get similar to Nov temp once you enter Mar...
I suggest carry a little more warm clothes than you think are necessary. If not you, some one else might find some use for it  Check some of the weather sites or wait for more experinced guys to answer this..!!
