Need Gorakhpur hotel near train station

I am arriving in Gorakhput late evening by train....around 23:55. Can anyone recommend a budget but safe hotel near the train station??

I am heading toward the Nepal border the next day and will be looking for a bus. Any ideas where to pick that one up?

Yeah, ma too same question as you, because i've to take a train (early morning trainX then I need to book hotel near railway station, Please anyone suggest ?

I stayed in President (Golghar, Gorakhpur) during last trip. OK place with standard amenities.

Hotel Standard (phone 0551-2201439) right accross from the Railway station exit is okay for just a night or two. Try to get a room away from the hallway, and the entrance side, as the generator is running there. Bring ear plugs for generator noise. They provide good enough moskito nets, but bring Scotch tape to fix the holes. They provide old-fashioned sticks to fix on the bed to fix the net with. Nice technique.
