Looking for some information on life in Noida

Hi guys, I am looking for some information on life in Noida. Is it a nice place to live? What about access to services, safety in the streets, and commuting to Delhi? Thanks for your help!

life is quite safe, especially in sector 20 where my husband lives, people walk in the streets till late in the night, sometimes during power cuts even kids play in the street at night

it's a very pleasant place to live & quite clean, many malls & all kinds of shops available

commuting to delhi isn't very easy, depends on what kind of transport you use, it takes a lot of time, but it will be better also once the metro line is completed

Moving to Noida

Safety is not a plus point. This problem is there in most indian big cities. After dark the scene can be a little rowdy, and there have been quite a few instances of car jacking/robbery/murder in some areas(including posh areas)

Go for the gated communities that have come up in noida if you have safety issues, Noida is a sprawled suburbs of Delhi and has some very good shopping complexes, malls etc, good night life too. You can get everything there at a price..
of late there have been some cases of car jacking etc but these risks are always there in any big city. Try sector 15A, 93A etc

Well Noida is one safe and better place near Delhi that I would suggest to anyone... Its a great city and has all kinds of accessiblity... be it transport, shopping malls, multiplexes... It is also one of the hubs of software and BPO industry.... Most of the top notch companies in software are located here... Sectors like 26, 14, 15, 37, 34 are extremely safe to relocate... And yes accessiblity to Delhi is also good however it depends on the mode of commutation you use... So just give Noida a try to lead a better and secured life....
