yoga & meditation 7-10 day recommended non religious course in Rishikesh
Hi, I am in Rishikesh and am a bit overwhelmed at all the different Yoga and meditation couses on offer.
My friend recommended me an amazing teacher called Upendra on high bank but he is away in Delhi so I am looking for somone else equally as good. I would like to find a well renowned teacher who combines Yoga with meditation classes that are not based on any type of religious beliefs. I have never stayed in an asram before but would comsider it. I would like to start in the next day or 2 so any rapid responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance... |

check out the info mentioned here
http://www.indiamike.com/india/uttar...02/#post455146 Ved Niketan would be a place to check out. There people do not take courses they do not like. It is mainly a place for yoga, plus if you like meditation. |
