Nainital - Binsar - Munsyari trip : need suggestions
Hi All,
This is my first post/thread in this forum. I need some suggestions over a 5 day Nainital-Binsar-Munsyari trip for myself and my wife. 1. How good an idea is it to go for this schedule during early July ? Would it be raining heavily all the way ? 2. I think 5 day would be justice for these three places / how should I plan it ? 3. I would be traveling from Kolkata , so what would be my best options of journey from here to Nainital? Kudos to the site and forum , I never knew such a site/forum existed.  Not peak rainy season then, but you never know. Your best option is train upto Haldwani/Kathgodam and road from there. 5 days is not enough ex Haldwani for these 3, unless you want to spend most of the time on the road, or asleep. Browse the uttarakhand forum, much more information than you can digest on these places, including some excellent trip reports. Then do come back with any more questions. |
