How much time does it take from Lansdowne to Khirsu if one is driving and what is the distance in km.

Please suggest!

Lansdowne to Khirsu is 91 km. It will take 3 hours by own car/taxi, at least 30 mins more by jeep/bus combo. There is no direct transport, you may be lucky and get a jeep heading for Pauri which you can take till Buwakhal (13 km before Khirsu), where you wud have to wait for a jeep to Khirsu. A bus you can only get from Gumkhal on the main highway (12 km from Lansdowne) and again only upto Buwakhal, so you wud need to take a jeep Lansdowne-Gumkhal and again Buwakhal-Khirsu.

Can one actually tell me the exact route from Delhi for Lansdowne...do i need to take the bypass from Meerut which moves towards Muzzafar Nagar...from where do i take the turn towards Kothdwar.

Is Kothdwar-->Lansdowne-->Pauri a straight road...or what exactly is the way.

I do not remember exactly the cuts, however its Ghaziabad - Meerut - Bijnaur - Kortdwar

2 km ahead of Dugadda on NH 119 is Fatehpur. Turning right here leads to Lansdowne, straight ahead (NH) is Gumkhal and Pauri.
The Lansdowne road loops back to rejoin the NH at Gumkhal.

Just want to have one understanding on NH58 the point from where as i approach Meerut from Modinagar and take a left turn instead of going inside Meerut to go towards Muzzafarnagar/Roorkee....do we take a right turn from that point to go to Bijnor.

Quoting my other post -
"....take the left-hand Meerut Bypass, drive to the crossing where u see the sign "Meerut Cantonment", turn right,......"

I don't think I can make it any clearer than that.
FYI, it's around 8 km from the bypass start to that crossing.

Yes,
But you can use Graduted ND filters for skyshots or can use Photoshops to treat overexposed sky.
