Lucknow to Corbett Tiger Reserve
What is the best train or best way of travelling to get from Lucknow to the closest town to the Corbett Tiger Reserve. I'm looking to travel there at the end of December.

Hello indah and welcome to indiamike.com
There is a well timed train to Ramnagar (closest station to Corbett Tiger Reserve), but it only has sleeper class, and although it's my favourite class, some people find it a bit basic. Train 4265 departs Lucknow daily at 20:15 and gets to Ramnagar at 06:05 Sleeper Class (not air con) = Rs 187 If you use Sleeper class on this train in December, buy yourself a cheap blanket as it may be a bit chilly.
