Char Dham : Choose two
I intend to visit Garhwal in April with a friend but he only has about ten days. So I figure it will be very difficult to visit all the 4 temples of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri in these ten days.
So if I have to choose two of the four, which two would you recommend? I am looking for interesting pilgrims, good architecture, and impressive scenery. Will there still be snow in April? or will it be thawing and messy? |

Badrinath & Kedarnath (6 Days) From Delhi to delhi..
Day 1: Delhi - Hardwar Day 2 : Hardwar - Joshimath Day 3 : Joshimath - Badrinath - Rudraprayag Day 4 : Rudraprayag - Kedarnath (By Air & come back at evening) Otherwise drive to Gaurikund & trek 14 kms to Kedarnath Day 5 : Kedarnath (Trek Down) - Rishikesh (Deive) Day 6 : Rishikesh - Delhi Need more help... contact me.. |
