visiting OOTY
visiting OOTY
This is my first trip to ooty 5D/4N. I will be reaching coimbatore by train. Pls tell how to reach ooty from there. I want to opt train/bus.what are the timimg and fare of the train/bus from coimbatore to ooty.What are various places to visit.

From Coimbatore station take an auto to the bus stand. There is a bus every 15 minutes for Ooty starting from 5:00 in the morning.
You could also take a bus to Mettupalayam and take a toy train to Ooty. Check www.erail.in for toy train timings and fare.

MTP and UAM.
I guess it's tough to get tickets from MTP to UAM if you haven't booked yet as it's the peak tourist season.
