Nothing direct AFAIK, maybe something to Shrinagar.
Might be difficult to make it to Chandrapuri in one day, unless you leave very early.

as Dilliwala suggested, after Uttarkashi it is better to go Srinagar.

How long it will take? Bus / public transport available from Srinagar?
