White water treks

Does anyone know of a trek in India, or Nepal that has plentiful white water, waterfalls etc. I realize spring is the best time for white water, but I'll be trekking Nov-Dec. I would also consider a raft or kayak trip, I'm not great in a kayak but I'm OK as long as my heads above water, I can roll if the conditions are compatable, but I'm not to proud to bail

If there is nothing then please tell me that to

Thanks

Mec, I seriously doubt if any river of himalaya in the foothills have enough white froth left in them to go rafting, and as soon they enter plain hardly clean enough straches left to kyaking. I'd say summer is best time to raft.

There's plenty of rushing water coming off the glaciers at most times of the year. Lots of the white stuff in the hills.

I believe the Dudh Khosi river has some fairly wild rafting.

How about the Brahmaputra River in Arunachal Pradesh, they have rafting in Dec. I'm not sure how expensive it is though?

How is the source of the Ganges late in the season, not for rafting but just to view

Sorry for so many questions guys and I obviously won't do all these things but I need to figure out my options so I can whittle down to doable

I found a trek to Kala Pattar that follows the Dudh Khosi river and also crosses the Khumbu glacier.

Seems like a decent trek and I can check out the Brahmaputra River when I reach the Sister States

I posted too soon, let me read some more before I ask more questions

Nepal has a lot of choices. I've only done it in Chitwan National Park (so far).
