What name do you use to describe this liquid?
Reading the the thread on the Optimus self priming stove, which incidentally I remember being in our house in the 50s, and worked very well.
I am amazed at how many descriptions of inflammible fuel vary from country to country. Here is a start Methylted spirit [UK] In [US] Denatured alcohol Parrafin [UK] in [India] Kerosene Petrol [UK] Surgical spirit [UK] [India]same name but seems to hve a viscous liquid added, castor oil? Remember stove cooking is not allowed on Indian Railways! |
