Want to rent trekking boots. Please Help!! If you have or know someone who has.

Hello All,
After doing Sar Pass last year, I just can't get enough of the himalayas. This year my mother, sister and I are planning the annapurna base camp trek.

We need trekking boots and anyone who can lend us will be very much appreciated.

It just doesn't seem like a wise choice to spend over 5000Rs to wear a shoes for just 2 weeks. Might as well spend it there or make the trip longer.

Your logic maybe sound, but you are unlikely to find anyone offering to rent their personal shoes for 2 weeks! Don't think of it as Rs. 5000 for 2 weeks, think or it as a one time investment and get yourselves decent pairs of shoes because you will trek again won't you?

... Also you need to adjust in the shoes, else you would ruin your feet and ankles!
