me and my friend also are leaving to vof and badrinath from surat on july 7.
how heavy it rains there in july and hw safe is it? due to leave problems we can not go in august end... so if there are no flowers..is it worth to visit the valley...? |

I am going to VOF in July 1st week. Precisely July 4th, 5th and 6th, I'll be in Ghangaria.
Do I have to book accommodation in GMVN Ghangaria through their website? Most likely I will be staying in dorm Thanks |

It might be a good idea considering the crush of pilgrims, then again ks_bluechip got accom without any probs last July, without pre-booking.
