Trekking options in Kashmir valley

Need some help this time. I want to know about the trekking options available in the Kashmir valley. Now when I say Kashmir valley, it automatically excludes the Leh Ladakh region. I want to know the trekking options available from Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg Tangmarg, Kupwara etc... in summers and winters, if any. Searched the net but was not able to get satisfactory results, as very little has been explored of this beautiful place. So if ne one of u has ne idea abt trekking options at these places, plzzzzzz help.
