YHAI Trek - Dalhousie To Chamba
I am planning to go the Treak Dalhousie to Chamba in the end of December 2005 anybody ealse are interested please inform also give the information who have attended that treak regarding how is the treak.

The Youth hostel association of India also organises treks during winter - between 4th week of December and 1st week of January - in the Dalhousie region...
U can opt for that too. U can check www.yhaindia.org for more details. |

Dalhousie Treak - Yhai
I am joining the YHAI Dalhousie treak on 25th December any body else. I am from Mumbai and going by 2471 swaraj exp. on 23rd December.

Dlahousie Treak - Any One?
I had just completed the Dalhousie Treak in DW-7 batch.
With the plesent atmosfear I have completed the Dalhousie Treak arranged by the YHAI. The main attrection of the treak is the Sunset of Kalatop and the Mini Swizerland - Khajjiyar and the Star gazing at Khajjiyar. Please share the experience. Great! Please share a few photos. I trekked from kala Top to khajjiyar in 2003 on our own but it must be really wonderful in december. Was there much walking on snow?

Hi Santosh,
Good to hear from you after so long. I am fine and I am preparing my self for the Advance Mountaineering Course coming this September 2006. Need to buy a lot of equipment and hardware too. Siddhartha is also planning for Gangotri - Tapovan this year. Hope we can work things out well in advance. Rohit. |
