Snow at Darwa top
1.5 - 2 feets of snow was present there around a week back..
People have already proceeded towards Yamunotri/bali pass. Not sure if they were able to cross it..

Yes!
There is indeed lot of snow in the upper regions of the gangotri/yamunotri region.
I just returned from the dodi-tal - kedar-tal - tapovan- nandanvan routine. Upto 1 feet of snow at kedartal - made life a little difficult. Darwa top has snow - but not too tough. Tapovan - the two nights we stayed - it snowed throughout - night temperatures were well below 0 (-6 inside the tent one of the nights!). The weather seemed to be improving though.
