sersank pass and poat la

Hallo Indians travellers and trekkers,
I'm looking forward informations about Sersank pass and Poatla. I alwready read that Poat-la was not too difficulte ("high but dry"). But i like to know much about Sersank...Compare to Umasi-la for exemple? Do i need special material (ropes, pics...), is there creuvasses?
Thanks for infos
amicalement votre,
