Sangla kanda/ Shivaling pass/ Dambar kanda .. info !!!

Hello

I was looking around for sangla kanda to dambar kanda through shivaling pass information and i saw no real informative thread on this short trek

I will be doing this trek this month, Now >> i wont be carrying a tent although sleeping bag/carry mat i do have with me plus am doing it alone, can anyone tell me more about the route is it well marked ?

how is trail from sangla kanda to dambar kanda ? and the grade level ?? Should i take packed food from sangla for this trek, maybe readymate eatries for quick consumption...and what are the staying opportunities with shepherds or in trekking huts on this route ? can i stay at shivaling pass ?? PLease fill me IN as much as you can on this trek.. i will really appreciate.. im leaving in 4 days.

Although Im a little anxious about this route since im going to be trekking alone, so there are shelters at shivaling pass and dambar kanda !!??

Shivaling Pass yes

Dambar Kanda No, but maybe some shepherds around...
