Rupin Pass trek in Last of September

Hi Guys ,

Just Yesterday , I have registered for Rupin pass trek on indiahikes community on 29th Sep. ,

Want to know , taking snow-trekking as my priority , will 29th Sep.-6th Oct batch . be the best choice or should I opt. for 15th-22nd Sep batch ???

Indiahike guys said to opt for 29th Sep. batch , so I did.

What are yours thought on this , I can always change the date to 15th Sep. based on ur suggetion ????????

Thanks in Advance !!!!

Supal - 29th is better as less likelihood of rains compared to 15th. With just 2 week difference, snow levels will not be different. Sept end is kind of the least amount of snow (as the old snow melts away and the new does not fall till October-November). You will hopefully find snow at the pass itself.

no - snow will be the same in both cases. The rain will be different.
