Partners & information for early June trek in Himanchal/ladakh

I am planning a 2-3 week moderate-to-difficult trek starting early June (10 June onwards). I haven't yet decided on exact trek but Pin Parvati & Markha valley are some of the options.

I would like to hear from people who have similar plans and whom I can partner with. Any good high alt trek in Himanchal/Ladakh would do for me.

Additional information on what treks would be best suited during June and other details would be more than welcome.

Pin Parvati will have a lot of snow in June. Earliest possible crossing as per locals is July 2nd week. I did it in Sep 2005 and jyotipg did it the next Sep 2006. Search on Pin Parvati and you will get the threads and pix by jyoti's group

Thanks for clarification on pin-parvati.

Any suggestions for other treks that are "do-able" in himanchal/ladakh region during June (2-3 weeks)? I have done quite a few treks in garhwal but so far only one (chandertall-baralacha) in himanchaal, so would very much like to hear some suggestions from experienced trekkers in this forum.

I have seen lot of activity in this forum and some very helpful tips, I do hope I will be able to find some partner/group to go along with.

Hi! In the summer of 2004 2 friends of mine crossed Pin Parvati pass in the second week of June,arriving in Kungri on the last day of the Dalai Lama's teachings,it must have been the 13th of June.
