Para/Hang Gliding and Rafting in Manali

Are tandem para/hang gliding and rafting available in Manali during 1st week of June?

Which are reliable operators and is safety a concern?

Any descriptions of your experiences on these activities in Manali and specific tour operators?

The place they mention is the usual one - Bir/Billing. Not exactly close to Shimla.
