Hi:
To what destination in your itinerary one can go by car. I want to go to some places of scenic beauty with my family around 15th of June, 2008 for 10 to 12 days. I can do some trekking also but not too much as by now I am of 52yrs. MAS. |

Go to Kausani, Chaukuri, Munsiyari, Ranikhet, Binsar, Baijnath and Corbett National Park. We met two person on kafni trek who were 75 years old!! Hence age doesn't matter, one should have fitness and will power.

Hi friends
First of all I must be thankful to you both for your prompt response. Dear rushir, I just want to know whether the itinerary suggested by you is in order as one moves from Almora onwards. Secondly, the Loharkhet as suggested by Piyush falls before munsyari or after it. MAS |

Hello MAS sir,
Loharkhet is in Danpur region, Bageshwar district. Munsyari is in Johar valley, Pithoragarh district. Totally different places, not on the same route.

For the Pindari, Kafni, Milam, Sundardunga and Roopkund trek, I strongly recommend Anand as a guide. He is very reliable and will also carry your luggage and charges 300 Rs/Day. He lives in Khati village near Bageshwar and his cell no. is 9410858835.
