[quote=MeCasa]I've been taking all sorts of adventure trips for most of my life, its what I do, but if I don't get extremely dejected, rejected, depressed and mad in the middle of a trip it wasn't much of a trip.QUOTE]

It makes no sense and at the same time, makes perfect sense!

Since you have not been the recipient of any offence, you cannot judge or quantify it.

I have no doubt that docgirl has a good reputation and doesn’t “normally” start insulting people. But when she abnormally does so and apologises, you take offence and get bugged. Now that is really, REALLY, strange.

This thread was started WHILE my brother was trying to convince me. The posts I refer to will NATURALLY predate this thread because my brother was gathering information in order to convince me. As I mentioned, he did not want my first trek to be my last.

You wanted clarity for all members that we are siblings? Why is that? Is that not revealing personal information? And if you are not convinced, why have you enabled all three handles after disabling them?

If you are on top of the ‘ignore’ list table as you say, it is not my fault, is it? And you confirmed what I said. You jump, with both feet as you say, to conclusions and sometimes you are wrong. But then, why should you lose any sleep when others have to pay the price?

Which of the posting rules have we broken? And as a moderator, what justification do you have for your actions? Besides being bugged?

This thread STILL going.

I come to this website to try to help people, not to argue with you.

So someone called you crass, get over it, wait till you get married, the names will come thick and fast.

One suggestion.....

When your mum asks you to change your brothers nappy, just do it, you can try 5 times to argue that the nappy may not need changing, you can offer 5 different definitions of the word 'change', but the nappy will still need to be changed.

Mum always knows best.

Did you find yourself wanting to wear 'special' undergarments when you posted under CharleneDD?

My psychiatrist assures me that this is normal.

It’s nice to know that you come here to help people. Very much appreciated.

I got over the crass bit long ago, it’s the ‘bugged’ bit that bothered me, but no longer.
And I’ve no desire to get married. Why make one woman unhappy when you can make several happy? Huh?

One must keep in mind that in India, computers and internet connections are shared between couples, siblings, family and even friends/neighbours. Most people cannot afford their own computer. So it is likely that you will find more than one person posting from the same computer.

A moderator has to ensure that the forum rules are followed rather than play Sherlock Holmes who, incidentally, never jumped with both feet to any conclusions. If a post is considered a troll, I am sure the members here are learned enough to either respond or ignore.

Regarding nappies, mum sure knows best but, being human, may sometimes make a mistake. Will admit to it too, unlike some.

Peace.

Everyone has it's own preferences-some like HARD WAY and some like SOFT WAY.
One can not say RIGHT AND WRONG about either. This is way-someone wants to be in mountains.
If Aristocrat does not understand, means he has not done any serious trekking yet.
Dive and see !!
